He was always there to help calm me down if I didn't think something was happening fast enough or I was just having anxiety. He helped me locate a different contractor to do repairs on my house when the handyman I had been using was quite high in his pricing. The new contractor was about 1/3 of the cost of my original estimate from my person and they were wonderful people and did a wonderful job. Mike was always checking in to make sure things were going well. I was definitely blessed to be able to work with him again.”

“I contacted an old friend in the real estate business prior to Mike. The reason I was selling was divorce, so I sought a second opinion. When Mike came over for our appointment, in a very professional manner, he let his sales volume speak for itself compared to the other agent. He also told me to list it for $30K less than the other person suggested if speed was important (which it was). During the process, Mike was always accessible, and did an excellent job communicating to both me & my soon-to-be-ex-wife. Also during the time, he showed me multiple houses & met me multiple times at his office to refine the search criteria. At the end of the day, I decided to rent for a year.
